Cancellations and refunds

This policy describes your rights and the procedure for cancelling appointments and refunding services or packages contracted with NÜVA, in compliance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and related regulations.

1. Appointment cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge as long as notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in the loss of the session linked to the package or the charge of the corresponding cost.

2. Right of withdrawal

  • Period: 14 calendar days from the signing of the contract or purchase of the package.
  • Form: unequivocal written notice to hola@somosnuva.com, stating your name, tax ID and service reference.
  • Exceptions: services already provided with your express consent and personalised services that cannot be reused.

3. Refunds

When a refund applies, the amount will be returned using the same payment method, within 14 calendar days of acceptance of the withdrawal. If any sessions have been used, their value will be deducted at the current individual rate.

4. Packages and bundles

  • Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Sessions are personal and non-transferable, except with prior authorisation from the clinic manager.
  • Once the validity period ends, no refund will be issued for unused sessions, except for accredited medical reasons.

5. Complaints

Official complaint forms are available at each clinic. Any query or complaint can be sent to hola@somosnuva.com or to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
