Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the website and the contracting of the programs and services offered by NÜVA. By requesting an assessment or contracting a service you fully accept this document.

2. Purpose
NÜVA provides body reshaping, skin firmness and wellbeing services at its Málaga and Córdoba clinics. The features of each program, its duration and the applicable price are disclosed beforehand at the initial assessment and in the program acceptance document.
3. Contracting process
- Information request or appointment via the website, phone or in person.
- Initial assessment and personalised written proposal.
- Express acceptance of the program, price and conditions by the client.
- Invoice issued in accordance with current regulations.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer, as agreed. For packages or programs, instalment conditions will be set out in writing.
5. Client obligations
- Provide truthful and complete information about their health status when necessary for the safe provision of the service.
- Follow the instructions of NÜVA staff.
- Comply with the published appointments and cancellations policy.
6. Liability
NÜVA will be liable in accordance with current law. Subjective results are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple personal factors; we do guarantee that services are provided in accordance with the aesthetic sector's best practice.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consumer clients have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without justification, except in legally exempted cases (for example, services already performed with the consumer's express consent). See the «Cancellations and refunds» section for the procedure.
8. Dispute resolution
You can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The parties submit to the Courts of the consumer's domicile or, failing that, those of Málaga.
